Closing it's doors in January 2008, Notable Bistro's website was one of the first sites to be designed by Tennessee Web Company. (TNWebco founders have been designing sites for quite a while.) We are saddened to lose such a fine place to dine in Nashville but are excited to see Gavin and Cindy Trouchet move into the next exciting and blessed chapter of their lives!
